Very unpleasant stay. Hotel rooms are very average and there is a lack of care when it comes to maintenance, some days you have water pressure and some days not. Carpets are filthy and the hotel rooms stink with a mouldy smell. Bedding has not been changed in more than 1 week. Rat infestation inside the hotel, you will see them running around the passageways at night time. 90% of the time the hotel restaurant does not have most of the meal option displayed on the menu, do not believe the advertising. Even worse, despite the reception confirming that my reservation was booked until my requested date, I was forced to vacate to another room to make space for a sudden online booking. I tried to discuss it with management and they had no interest in understanding. Very bad service, I will never return here.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was remarkable and focused mainly on Filipino food. I liked it, although I would have liked more variation. Excellent service from the personnel more than made up for this. Even with their masks on, they were all cordial, accommodating, and nice. Their efforts are commendable.

The best location in BALANGA. A nice relaxing stroll at the plaza that is fully lit, multicoloured water lights are beautiful. It is a safe place for family with young children to have an evening fun here. I love love it

It's dissapointing to say the least. Everything is squeking. Dust all over the place. Not a well maintained hotel which is odd since it has high reviews here.
